Mini Distance Reiki Treatment

Service Description

Reiki is a gentle, complementary, energy-based treatment that can assist in stress reduction, relaxation, and health restoration. It is effective for physical and mental relaxation, stress reduction, and increasing one’s sense of vitality. Reiki can be used on animals, objects, events, and situations. It can also be channeled from any distance! This is a distance session where I will channel Reiki to you wherever you are! You don't have to do anything special but hold the intention to receive the Universal Life Force Energy of Reiki. If you feel moved to, feel free to: -- be in a relaxed and quiet space at the time of your appointment -- refrain from drugs an alcohol at least 24 hours before your appointment -- journal how you feel before and after your appointment (share your feedback with us!) I will send you an informational document about what to expect before your appointment starts and a follow-up email to let you know when your session is complete, as well as any additional information or recommendations that may come up.
